TERMS OF BOOKING:
· Validity: All Aerial hire, Studio Practice, class passes and memberships are valid for the applicable duration from the date of first use
· Not included: Workshops are not included in class passes, memberships, studio practice passes or aerial passes.
· Assurance: In the event the studio will have to be closed, an extension on memberships and passes will be offered for the equivalent number of days.
· No Refund Policy: All bookings for aerial hire, studio practice, class passes and memberships are final, and no refunds will be issued. Once a class is booked, your class pass or membership pass will be charged, regardless of attendance or cancellation. This applies to all class passes and memberships. Strictly no cash or equivalent credit amount is offered or will be applicable especially to any promotions.
· Booking Policy: All bookings made within 24 hours of class time, aerial hire and studio practice are considered strictly final. Once booked, your class pass or membership will be charged for the class, regardless of attendance. CLASS PASSES, AERIAL HIRE and STUDIO PRACTICE: Due to limited availability for classes, no shows and late cancellations will be charged per class pass. MEMBERSHIPS: Due to limited availability for classes, aerial hire and studio practice no shows and late cancellations on ALL MEMBERSHIPS will strictly apply a 1 week booking suspension on that class type. For example if you had a no show or late cancellation on a yoga class you will not be able to book that same class for 1 week. We encourage you to review your schedule before booking to avoid any penalties. This applies to all class passes, memberships. aerial hire and studio practice.
Due to exclusive and limited availability for classes and studio practice hire, all class passes and memberships require prepayment. Please see terms and conditions below.
