I ’ve had the privilege of helping people from all walks of life—whether recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or pushing their performance to the next level.

Every treatment starts with a detailed, one-on-one consultation. I take the time to listen to your story, assess your movement, understand your pain, and identify the root cause of your symptoms—not just what hurts, but why it hurts.
2. Tailored Treatment Plan
Based on our assessment, I’ll put together a custom treatment plan designed specifically for your needs, goals, and lifestyle. Whether we’re working through an acute injury, chronic pain, or post-operative rehab, the plan will be focused, progressive, and fully aligned with your recovery journey.
3. Hands-On Therapy
Where appropriate, I use a range of hands-on techniques like joint mobilisations, soft tissue therapy, and dry needling to help manage pain and restore mobility. These techniques are designed to give you relief and create a foundation for lasting recovery.
4. Exercise-Based Rehab That Makes a Difference
I believe that movement is medicine. I’ll guide you through structured, progressive exercises that not only support your healing but also build strength, stability, and confidence in your body. Whether you're returning to sport or daily life, your rehab will be practical, effective, and empowering.

PRICE AND PACKAGES
1. Trial Session / One time session - 1000 Php
2. Pain Management Package (Musculoskeletal);
Includes PT assessment, Myofascial Release and Manual Therapy, Dry Cupping, Modalities, Exercises.
6 Sessions - 6,500 Php
*Note: Must have a referral from a physician.
3. Body Conditioning Package
(Sports/ Athletic Conditioning):
Includes physical therapy and fitness therapy.
Training Phases: Stability & Mobility, Movement Training, Load Training, and Performance Training.
6 Sessions - 6,000 Php
10 Sessions - 10,000 Php

· Validity: Valid for the applicable date and time booked only.
· No Refund Policy: All bookings are final, and no refunds will be issued. Strictly no cash or equivalent credit amount is offered or will be applicable especially to any promotions.
· Booking Policy: All bookings made within 24 hours of appointment time, are strictly final. Once booked, your appointment will be charged. Due to limited availability for patients and clients and for the purpose that all practitioners depend solely on their time and availability, no shows and late cancellations will be charged per appointment booked.
